Accessibility and carers

Due to the castle’s steep spiral staircases leading to the basement, the special exhibition Gods Recreated is unfortunately not suitable for individuals with mobility impairments and/or wheelchair users. We apologize for any inconvenience. Access to the exhibition’s introductory room on the ground floor is available through the Rose/former dining Hall. Free admission for carers accompanying visitors with disabilities upon presentation of a valid companion card. Carers do not need to book a ticket in advance.
