Frederiksborg is seeking a highly qualified Museum Curator with a focus on 16th–17th-century art

An impressive castle, a fantastic collection and wonderful colleagues. We are now looking for a new curator who is specialized in 16th-17th centuries art.

We look for a colleague with the following qualifications:
  • Relevant education, preferably PhD in history of Art
  • Specialized knowledge of the 16th-17th centuries
  • Experience in curating and producing exhibitions including collaboration with architects and graphic designers.
  • Strong professional network
  • Project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Some knowledge of Denmark and Danish history
  • Ability to work independently with an eye for the community
